As Finance Director of Birmingham Royal Ballet for the past thirteen years I have worked with the company during a period of ongoing change and development which has seen the company evolve from being one of the performing companies of the Royal Opera House to becoming a thriving, independent, world class ballet company.
From my perspective as a finance director I believe that my contribution to BRB has been in helping to find practical and pragmatic solutions to challenges in an environment where money is not necessarily the primary driver. I can use this experience to help the TMA not only determine its strategy for the future but also in supporting the association in translating its plans and aspirations into a practical reality.
