Paul currently sits on the TMA Council of Management and TMA/BECTU Joint Working Party.
He was previously Executive Director at The Royal Exchange Theatre, Manchester and other posts have included Production and Technical Director at the Theatre Royal, Plymouth, Head of Production for English National Opera, Production Manager for The Royal Exchange, Manchester, and Head of Production for the Almeida Theatre, London.
Paul is also a board member for Skillscene working with CCSkills to establish National Vocational Standards for the industry. Previously he was a member of the Technical Board and later the Review Committee for the National Council for Drama Training from 1995-2005 and still chairs Accreditation Visits for them.
