Rachel is currently the Director of English Touring Theatre, one of England's foremost theatre companies and the first large scale touring company to be led by a producer.
Prior to her current role, Rachel was Chief Executive of Milton Keynes Theatre as well as Creative Producer for English Touring Theatre. Rachel worked for the Ambassador Theatre Group (ATG) for six years where, as Head of Programming, she was responsible for programming ATG's 10 regional theatres.
Rachel has produced numerous shows for Shared Experience Theatre in the UK, the West End, USA and all over the world.
Rachel was elected President of the TMA in 2010 and currently sits on the TMA’s Industrial Relations Committee.
