Donna is a now a freelance consultant. Donna was at Royal and Derngate as Chief Executive from 2003 to 2007, prior to which was General Manager for Really Useful Theatres, where she was responsible for the successful management of all productions within RUT's thirteen West End Theatres. Between 1995 and 2000 Donna was Finance Director at the Royal Court where she was responsible for the financial planning and management of the 27 million redevelopment of the Royal Court, as well as the financial management and control of all the theatre's operations. Her previous roles include general management, administration and stage management for a number of theatre production and touring companies.
