INTRODUCTION
Established almost 20 years ago to support new and existing managers, Effective Management was designed specifically for those working in the arts and cultural sectors.
Delegates will benefit from a comprehensive management course taught over 5 days by experts in the field with diverse management experience within the arts, education and training sectors. The rural setting of Catthorpe Manor lends itself to learning and will allow delegates to network, share experiences and ideas away from the pressures of work.

Catthorpe Manor, Rugby. Set amongst 26 acres of gardens, parkland and woodland on the Leicestershire, Warwickshire and Northamptonshire borders close to the M1, M6, A5 & A14 and a 10 minute drive from Rugby rail.

Delegates will be expected to pay for their own travel to and from Rugby and to Catthorpe Manor and for any accommodation either side of the course dates. A coach will be provided from Catthorpe Manor to Rugby Train Station on the final Saturday, free of charge.
