Karin is currently Business Development Director for the Ambassador Theatre Group. Prior to this she was Chief Executive of Richmond Theatre and New Wimbledon Theatre, Acting Deputy Director of Performing Arts, South Bank Centre and Drama Officer/Deputy Drama Director, Arts Council of England. She started her career in small scale touring as the first administrator of Perspectives Theatre Company followed by Women’s Theatre Group. She has also undertaken consultancies for a variety of organisations from local authorities, umbrella organisations to theatre companies.
As well as serving on the TMA council Karin is a Director of the Watermill Theatre, Newbury and the Richmond Theatre Trust.
